Q: How do I reserve a hotel room block?

Guests will be coordinating their own reservations at USC Hotel by phoning in their  reservation requests individually to (213) 748-4141. It is important that each of your guests identify themselves as  part of the INSTITUTE OF TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERS, WESTERN DISTRICT STUDENT LEADERSHIP  CONFERENCE and provide us with the guest name(s), requested room type and bed type (i.e. King,  Double/Double), check-in and check-out dates and any requests for special room arrangements. We have a limited number of hotel rooms in the block, and encourage you to register early and reserve your block early.

Q: Is there a registration form that I can fill out to give you a headcount for our chapter? And would we be sending out our resumes through this?

In the coming weeks, we will send out a Google Form or invite to join a digital event management platform for the conference (this hasn't been decided yet). Through either this platform or Google Forms, you will be able to upload your resume.

 

Q:Is there a bulk discount code?

There is a 55-dollar early bird student registration fee, payable through Eventbrite(Link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ite-western-district-student-leadership-conference-tickets-477380647367). If you are registering more than 7 students, you can use the code BULKSTUDENT23 for 10% off the 55 dollar sales price. Lodging is separate, although we have a limited block of hotel rooms available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
